After you have previewed the properties in person with us we'll help you negotiate your offer to purchase, guide you through the inspection process, and coordinate all escrow matters.
  • Get pre-qualified - Even better, get pre-approved. A good Mortgage Broker will help you determine the amount that you are qualified to borrow, submit to to several lending institutions for approval and shop for the best interest rate. When you find your home and an offer is presented, the sellers will consider your offer more seriously if you are pre-qualified or pre-approved.
  • Financing alternatives - We are familiar with all lending resources, as well as the process to bring transactions successfully to a close. We are equally experienced with veterans of multi-million dollar residential and commercial transactions as well as first-time home buyers.
  • How to negotiate the best price - Make offers as clean as possible, with minimal contingencies. Get pre-qualified with a local lender and submit that approval with your offer. Learn the market and know the value of what you are purchasing.
