Meet Steve & Sara
When you first meet Steve and Sara
Knadler, you feel as you've known them all your life. Their
relaxed style immediately puts you at ease, and their sincere
approach to helping you make decisions regarding property
selections, as well as helping you with financial issues will
quickly build your confidence.
They are genuinely interested in what you have to say.
Steve and Sara's varied backgrounds
complement each other perfectly. Working well with both buyers
and sellers Steve and Sara have developed an intuitive understanding
of which properties, or financial options are right for each
client. Their considerable experience in resort real estate,
and their intimate knowledge of the area gives you the edge
whether buying or selling real estate.
Steve
is a native of Mammoth Lakes, where he was born in 1962 and
graduated from Mammoth High School; Class of 1980. Steve moved
away to continue his education at the University of San Diego
where he earned a degree in business administration. Steve
missed his home in the mountains as well as family and friends,
and upon graduation he returned to Mammoth. Steve enjoys Skiing,
Hiking, Golfing, Fishing and Camping with his family.
Steve holds a California Real Estate
license and has been involved in the Mortgage business for
more than 10 years. He currently works at Sierra Mortgage

Sara grew up in Malibu, California as Sara
Rindge and attended high school in Woodland Hills. After graduation
she attended college at the University of San Diego where
she studied Business Administration. While working as a real
estate hostess at Marina Park during redevelopment of San
Diego's downtown area Sara developed a keen interest in the
real estate business. Upon completion of the Marina Park development
Sara moved to Mammoth for some time off and to enjoy a ski
season. Like so many others that came for a single season
Sara has never left.
Sara's first job in Mammoth as a part time
receptionIst at Chicago Title quickly turned to escrow officer
as she moved up the ladder. She worked as an escrow officer
for Chicago Title, and then Inyo-mono Title for 12 years.
Steve and Sara were married in 1991. In
1993 they purchased The Matterhorn Restaurant, and soon thereafter
created the Old Mammoth Grill and Bar as well. In order to
free up more time to spend with her two young daughters, Sara
left the escrow business to pursue a career in real estate
sales. The transition was very easy as the escrow background
helped immensely. Sara enjoys skiing, wake-boarding, hiking,
fishing and family camping trips.
